| This $3 million renovation was designed by Stevens Architect, LLC, and constructed by Sun West Builders. In addition to the thousands of square feet of existing building that received an extensive renovation, this mall project also gained additional building area and grand entrances to showcase its modern architecture. The most impressive alteration to this once un-segmented building is the separation of the main building to provide a driveway through its center for better access to the parking at the rear. |
