| This $3 million office building remodel for Jeld-Wen is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Responsibilities included structural and site civil design for the complete remodel of Jeld-Wen’s original door and window plant into corporate offices and display space. Engineering challenges included strengthening of all primary framing for use in the interior architectural program without sacrificing vintage construction appearance. Pedersen & Pedersen Architects was the consultant of record for the project. |
