| ZCS completed the structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering for various SVBT buildings throughout Oregon. The Lakeview location included a seismic retrofit and upgrade of a historical 1890's two-story un-reinforced brick masonry building. The project required the removal and replacement of the gravity and lateral systems supporting the building. A steel and concrete balcony was added to the building to comply with some of the historical features. Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, Medford, and White City have all been new building designs ranging from 3,800sf to 4,500sf. Pedersen & Pedersen is the architect of record for South Valley Bank & Trust. |
