| This 8,000 square foot multi-story office building incorporates the use of many construction materials to achieve the aesthetically challenging heavy timber lodge style for a better fit with its surroundings while providing the efficiency of modern engineering and design. This site has been designed to have minimal impact on its environment by providing onsite storm water solutions that detain and filter the runoff through bio-swales. The architect was BBT Architect, Inc. and the contractor was Sun West Builders. The project budget was $2.4 million. |
