Bear Creek Cold Storage Warehouse

| ZCS provided site civil engineering for this $8 million cold storage warehouse and office facility. The project involved coordination of local utilities for the installation of a new infrastructure for both the new and future site developments. Extensive involvement with the property owner, the City of Medford Public Works Department, the Medford Water Commission, Bear Creek Valley Sanitary Authority, the City of Medford Fire Marshal, Southern Oregon and Pacific Railroad, and other local municipalities were required for the development of the roadway, water system, and sewer systems infrastructure along with the specific new site development. Due to the strict storm water discharge limitations in the area, a detailed site detention system was designed and constructed. |
