| KOGAP Enterprises is currently working with ORW Architecture on this mixed use community master plan of a former 74 acre plywood mill in Medford, Oregon. ZCS Engineering has been retained to provide civil engineering and consultation for site utility infrastructure, grading and drainage design, and the realignment and restoration of an existing creek that currently crosses the property. Stewart Meadows Village is envisioned to include an intense mix of office and residential uses as well as a 'lifestyle' type shopping center component. |
