| In 2005, ZCS Engineering developed construction documents and assisted with agency entitlement for Phases 3, 4, and 5 of the Regency Estates residential subdivision. Constructed for approximately $1.2 million, the project consisted of the addition of 49 new residential lots on approximately 15.4 acres of land located within the south suburbs of Klamath Falls. ZCS provided similar services for Phase 2 of this development in 2003. This phase included 16 lots on approximately 5 acres. |
