| ZCS Engineering served as project engineer for the structural design and site utility service design for this 43,800 sf three-story timber framed and steel braced structure. Services also included the site grading and drainage for the associated 176-space parking lot located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Included in the site utility design was the installation of a subsurface communications raceway between the new office building and the existing hospital. Cooperation and involvement of local municipalities was required during all design and construction phases of this project. |
