| This uniquely designed 6,000 square foot custom residence is perched high on top of a rim-rock ledge overlooking the Deschutes River. The primary structure including the exterior walls and second story floor slabs were constructed entirely with concrete and reinforcing steel using insulated concrete forms (ICF). The architect was Jim Rozewski and the contractor was Melrose Construction with a project budget of $1.3 million. |
