Lewis began studies in the Civil Engineering and Geomatics program at Oregon Institute of Technology in 1999.  From December 2002 to August 2004, he worked for Mountain Pacific Construction as an Estimator and Project Manager.  During this time, he gained extensive knowledge in the residential, commercial, and land development construction fields.

During his employment at ZCS Engineering, Lewis has developed a strong working relationship with local jurisdictions for both private developments and public improvement projects.  He has also acquired significant experience in public works engineering and public contracting.  Lewis is currently working with The Nature Conservancy performing engineering design and contract document preparation for approximately 7,440 acres of wetlands restoration on the Williamson River Delta.
