Michael began studies in the Civil Engineering program at the Oregon Institute of Technology in the fall of 2001.  From July 2004 to October 2004, he worked at Precision Structural Engineering as an AutoCAD/Engineer Technician. 

During his employment at ZCS Engineering, Michael has worked on a variety of residential, small industrial and commercial projects.  His structural experience entails many multi-story custom conventionally light framed residences, conventionally framed office buildings and pre-manufactured metal building foundations.  He has also been involved in the design and detailing of essential facilities with conventional light framed elements, pre-manufactured metal building and masonry shear walls.
