Bj began studies in the Civil Engineering program at Oregon Institute of Technology in 2002.  From June to September 2004, he worked for W&H Pacific as an Engineering Technician. 

During his employment at ZCS Engineering, Inc., Bj has gained structural engineering experience through involvement in several residential, industrial, and commercial projects ranging from custom residences, to large-scale plant expansions and improvements for corporations such as Jeld-Wen and Columbia Forest Products.  He has also gained civil design experience associated with residential and commercial site development projects throughout Oregon.  Bj is also a skilled construction engineering specialist and provides design support for many large bridge and highway projects.
