Chips Warrington has been an Independent Information Technology Consultant since 1993 after a varied career as a Textile Importer, Boatyard Owner, and Real Estate Developer. He has consulted for medical and publishing organizations, in addition to other small businesses, who committed themselves to technology as they experienced the growth, success and returns possible.

Chips began consulting with ZCS in 2003. Originally he assisted with the design and implementation of computer systems as the number of offices in the company increased and technological needs became more complex. He joined the staff in March of 2007 as Information Technology Director. He is responsible for the on-going maintenance, expansion, and upgrades of advanced systems required to provide ZCS with tools that guarantee efficiency, advanced engineering capability, and reliability.
