Troy attended Portland State, graduating in 1996.  His previous experience consists of working as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager.  He has been the principal designer for numerous projects including educational buildings, mid-rise residential and commercial towers, bridge structures, industrial projects, and municipality improvements.  These projects involved the use of regular reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, steel, and timber materials. 

Troy’s management of the Portland office began when the office opened in 2003. Troy has established and built many client relationships that have blossomed into excellent partnerships which reinforce the ideals and goals that ZCS Engineering was built upon. Troy has involved the office in all types of construction projects ranging from small additions to single family residential structures to the full civil and structural design of several thousand square feet of industrial facilities. Troy continues to be active in all aspects of the jobs and strives to maintain the small office feel.
