After graduating from Oregon State University in 2001, Joe began working for ZCS Engineering in his hometown of Klamath Falls.  In 2004, Joe moved up to Portland to help expand the Portland Branch.   He has worked as both project manager and engineering technician on many different structural and civil projects.

During his time at ZCS he has built a diverse resume.  Structural projects include the vertical addition to the Merle West Cancer Center, the Klamath Regional Disposal Transfer Station, Smith River Rancheria Community Center and also many custom residences.  Civil projects include the Jeld-Wen Stayton Expansion Parking Lot, Benton County Museum Addition Site Development, and various land divisions and site developments in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
