Jeff joined ZCS in July 2009 after earning his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.  Prior to graduation, he interned with ZCS, providing him a variety of experience including Auto CAD drafting and the design and analysis of the gravity and lateral systems of structures.
