Justin finished his studies in Civil Engineering at the Oregon Institute of Technology in 2002.  While working in the Southern Oregon consulting industry, he worked on a broad range of engineering projects from public road improvement projects, residential subdivisions, and residential structures to several large commercial developments.  Justin’s previous project management experience, along with his current design knowledge, has allowed him to successfully take projects from the initial planning phase to final construction acceptance.

Since coming to ZCS this year, Justin has worked on several commercial development projects throughout the state and he looks forward to helping ZCS strengthen the company’s civil engineering division and expand the new Grants Pass office.
