Josh is a 2006 graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.  Following graduation, Josh worked for Black & Veatch Corporation in Lake Oswego, Oregon.  While working at Black and Veatch he gained experience in both municipal water and wastewater systems.  Josh worked as part of a collaborative team on a variety of projects including the design and construction administration of a large diameter transmission conduit project, design of a membrane water treatment plant, and hydraulic modeling of water and wastewater treatment plants.  Josh joined ZCS Engineering, Inc. in 2007 and has worked on a variety of jobs ranging from a professional office development to the replacement of a water distribution main.
